Try this free 7 Minute Workout (GoLife3x Level 1) you can do at home, no equipment necessary. It provides a full body workout with cardio, core and upper body exercise.

Here's the workout:
1 30 seconds: Walk in Place, then 10 second rest
2 30 seconds: Wall Sit, then 10 second rest
3 30 seconds: Wall Push Ups, then 10 second rest
4 30 seconds: Crunches, then 10 second rest
5 30 seconds: Walk in Place, then 10 second rest
6 30 seconds: Squats, then 10 second rest
7 30 seconds: Wall Push Ups, then 10 second rest
8 30 seconds: Crunches, then 10 second rest
9 30 seconds: High Knees Walk in Place, then 10 second rest
10 30 seconds: Rotational Split Squat, then 10 second rest
11 30 seconds: Wall Plank Shoulder Tap, then 10 second rest
12 15 sec each side Knee Side Plank
