Selling options boil down to 3 strategies.

#1 A fast cash offer from Express Offers or a local fix & flipper. It will generally be 70% lower than on the open market but it will be hassle free with no repairs, appraisals, loan approvals.
#2 You can sell As-Is. This option is good if you don't want to do any updates or maybe you don't need to do updates! Homes that need updating will stay on the market a bit longer and we should be prepared to offer the buyer a credit, trust me, they'll ask :) Even when we say As-Is
#3 You can renovate prior to listing. You can pay for this yourself and use your own contractors, you also have options like Free Model & Curbio that will renovate on your behalf and get paid when your home sells.

This is a big decision, we'll go over what makes the most sense for your personal situation and timeline.

I got to meet this sweet pup last week when Lisa came to my new Women’s Networking group!

She’s right about being bossy & she hated all the birds at the restaurant but get this! This sweet dog was partially paralyzed when Lisa saved her! Now she hops around, LOVES everyone and is living her best life 🧡.

From The TM Crew

Today we were lucky enough to have a special visit from our sweet tiny dog loving friend Wren. I love her heart and the love she has for all animals.
The pups were so excited to spend the day with her and she made sure to rock one of our new T-shirt’s for The TM Crew 🌈
We need to sell another 10 shirts this week to cover Greta’s boarding for the next 10 days or if you would like to sponsor her a day please let us know. Her boarding cost $35 a day plus medical baths. We still need to find her a forever home to live out her last few days. 🤍

No more MOSQUITOES 🦟

I got eaten up a few nights ago so I immediately put out peppermint oil. After some research, I learned there are some really good essential oils to naturally repel mosquitos. Plus probably some other bugs as well but let's get through summer without any more mosquito issues! These are on the site now and will be ready to ship in about a week. You can pre-order 😀
