konnichiwa. We are looking for Japanese speaking care giver. Preferably full time and live in but not necessary. We could even sponsor to acquire citizenship from overseas if desired. Most our residents are Japanese and would love if we could have more Japanese care givers. Thank you

Grants for respite care are available. The local counties can pay for respite care and give care givers a much needed break. If a care giver needs a break for any reason local countries will pay a licensed board and care to host the elderly, usually one week but can be extended with a Co-pay.
