Coconut oil ≠ health halo 😅
It’s delicious, yes — but also high in saturated fat, just like butter and ghee.
Many wellness influencers or posts you see on social media make these oils sound “super healthy,” but that can be misleading. Too much saturated fat can raise LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and impact heart health over time.
For a healthier swap, try olive, avocado, or canola oil — they’re rich in heart-protective fats that help lower cholesterol. 💚
