If you are in your 20s, here’s a simple skincare regimen for you.

Start with GSR (getting skin ready) with a gentle cleanser twice a day.

Then, use exfoliating polish twice a week to gently exfoliate any clogged pores.

Apply complexion renewal pads once daily, which is a combination glycolic/salicylic acid pad to pe*****te deeper into the pores and smooth the surface of the skin.

Apply daily power defense every morning as your antioxidant to keep fight off free radicals from the sun.

In the morning, apply uv clear for acne friendly spf that is an easy popular choice.

In the evening, apply a simple moisturizer like PM or double repair and then use a pea sized amount of Alpha ret with more moisturizer and apply to your face nightly avoiding the eyes or near the nose to prevent fine lines/wrinkes, anti-aging, and to keep your skin looking smooth and clear.
