Most people don’t need to buy half the health food store to eat in a way that supports their goals.
They just need clarity around the food they already have.
One of the things I love most in my business is creating LIVE 💻 meal plans with clients, based on the food they already have in their house and the food they actually want to eat.
I love proving to women that fun foods can fit.
I love asking, “What do you want?” and then showing them how to make it work.
And I love teaching the why and how so food stops feeling confusing or stressful.
Because of that, I’ve been thinking about offering something new. Before I launch it publicly, I want to see if this would genuinely support you.
Here’s the idea:
We hop on a Zoom 💻 call together and build your meals LIVE using the food you already have in your house.
Not a PDF. Not a generic plan.
Your real life. Your preferences. Your goals.
We use MyFitnessPal together. I explain why we’re choosing what we’re choosing, how to swap foods, how to hit protein without obsessing, and by the end you walk away knowing how to feed yourself with confidence.
This is one of my favorite things I do with private clients because it removes the guessing, the overthinking, and the “am I doing this right?” feeling around food.
