🫂 Okay babe… can I be honest with you for a second??
I was journaling the other day, just thinking about how far I’ve come in my own health journey, and it hit me. I didn’t start in January.
I didn’t start when life was calm.
I didn’t start when everything felt perfect.
I started in the middle of the holidays when everyone, including me, kept saying, “I’ll just start next year.” (Did this for 4 years)
Starting during the holidays changed everything for me. It actually changed my life.
I used to do what you do. Wait until January, try to be good, set a big resolution, feel motivated for two weeks, then crash the moment real life kicked back in. Every single year.
But the one time I said “screw it, why not start now?” that was the moment everything shifted and I finally broke the cycle.
And I just want to gently call you out in the most loving way because I wish someone had said this to me earlier.
🛑 Waiting isn’t helping you. It’s keeping you stuck. 🛑
And I would NEVER let my best friend stay stuck if I had a way to help her.
That’s why I opened up a 10 special spots inside Me, Myself and Health right now.
This is my end-of-the-year gift 🎁 to those ready to make a change, but needing a little incentive or boost. I will BONUS the rest of the year for FREE 😆
Honestly because I know how different your January could feel if you had even a tiny bit of support before the new year hits.
Not a full overhaul.
Not hardcore intensity.
Just a soft start. A head start. A moment where you begin taking care of yourself again before life picks up.
✨ Imagine walking into January already knowing what you’re eating.
✨ Already feeling less bloated.
✨ Already moving your body.
✨ Already feeling proud of yourself.
✨ Already having a coach in your corner instead of trying to do it all alone.
If you want the details, comment “more details please” and I’ll send everything your way so we can see if this would actually support you right now.
You deserve to feel good before January even gets here. And I mean that.
Love you, mean it.
