Come join the fun with Cindi and myself ’s Total Health Tuesdays cooking class. The theme this month was “Cultural Cuisine”, highlighting Latin American cuisine. The meal was primarily a plant 🌱 based version (aside from 2 different Mexican cheeses). Cindi made delicious tofu sofrito, cashew queso (and I don’t even like queso but this was amazing!) The corn 🌽 tortillas, black 🫘 beans, salsa 🍅 and guacamole 🥑 were all made from scratch! Tasting different cultures cuisines, can present new prospectives on familiar foods you enjoy. In addition, cultural foods often introduce new flavors, dishes, foods, and add a variety of nutrients to your daily diet. 🌶️ 🫑 🍅 🌽 🫘 🧀
