To my dear friends and clients,

Starting this week, I will be offering a donation-based Pilates class every Saturday morning, 8:00-9:00, October 11th-November 15th.

100% of the proceeds will go to the cost of funding our Panama Mission Trip, through Kids Around the World, where we will be part of building a Playground for Hope. The sign-up link is in my bio.
