This Thursday (11/6) is our FIRST hot girl walk! Every 1st Thursday of the month, we’ll be hosting our own walk club! All are welcome, so feel free to bring friends along with you. 👯‍♀️

We’ll meet up at Bayview Way on Thursday 11/6 at 9:30am, walk to Coffee Dose to grab some caffeine, and walk back to our cars— it’s about 3 miles round trip so it should take about an hour. ✨

INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT 🤍 Meet Coley!

Coley has been teaching lagree for about a year and a half, but she’s been teaching fitness for over 10 years! ✨

Favorite move: I love twisted kneeling forearm crunch… (giant reverse to be specific 🤓)! I love this move because I can really feel my obliques fire on and I can definitely feel it the next day!

Music she plays in class: EDM & hip hop 🎵

Zodiac sign: Aries ♈️

Hobbies: Walking my dog, working out, cooking, baking, drawing, reading & going to the beach! 🌊

Fun fact: I did 48 decline pushups in a push-up competition! I could barely move my arms for days. 😂
