Steph is an instructor at our Laguna Niguel location and has been teaching for 4 years!
She also works for an event agency based in New York, so she’s often on the road traveling to the office or events!✈️

Favorite Lagree move: kneeling inner things and side leg press

Music she enjoys: Mix of house, edm, pop and country!

Zodiac sign: Capricorn♑️

Hobbies: I love to be outdoors hiking, biking, long walks and traveling! As many of you know…I’m constantly on the go!   When I’m home, I love hosting friends whether for a game night, casual dinner or holiday celebration.🥂

Fun fact: I lived in NYC for 8 years after college..moved with just 2 suitcases and no job on a whim. Now I still work for an agency there and fly back almost monthly.
