Say hello to the newest addition to Mega+WELL: an Infrared Sauna! 🧖‍♀️

We’re now offering 45-minute sessions for both members and guests at our Newport Beach location. Each session is booked for 50-minutes so that we have 5 minutes to clean and reset the space. Up to three people can take advantage of a single session, but only one person will need to book (note: all participants will have to sign a waiver before entering the sauna).

Infrared penetrates deeper than our other red light panel, so this one will heal you from the inside out. While our red light therapy panel focuses on topical healing (skin, hair, wrinkles, etc), Infrared is great for injuries, sore muscles, and more since it works at a deeper level!

Just like our cryotherapy chamber, you can play music from inside the sauna or choose to enjoy the quiet. To book your next session, come see us at the front desk or dm us for the link! Each session is $30 for anyone with an active megaformer membership, or $40 for guests and nonmembers. ❤️‍🔥

Mega+WELL Spotlight: meet Holly, one of our sales and socials girlies at Mega + Well! ✨

She graduated from Boise State Univeristy this past May, and is currently navigating post grad life! She’s hoping to chase a passion and find a career that can lead to as much growth and fulfillment as possible. Here’s a little bit about her 🌟

Favorite Lagree move: definitely either spider lunge or sexy back! Love any kind of b***y burn or killer upper body.😮‍💨

Zodiac sign: Ta**us and Gemini cusp!

Music she enjoys: In class, I love a mix of hip hop, house, pop, and maybe even some 80s rock if we’re feeling crazy! 🤘🏼

Hobbies: I LOVE to read, try as many coffee shops as possible, and have been starting to dabble in photography! 🤗
