Yoga is more than just movement; it’s a practice of giving back to yourself—nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. 🌿 This year, as we flow together, we’re reminded of how this practice can also give back to others.

For the second year in a row, LiveMetta is donating $5,000 to Yoga Gives Back, impacting over 3,000 lives in India. Our donation supports 600 young girls’ education, provides microloans to 545 mothers, funds scholarships for 400 students, and helps 800 children recover from pandemic learning gaps through Project Shaale. 💛

Together, let’s honor the power of yoga to create positive change—on and off the mat. ✨
