My Passion:
I am passionate about massage. The physical body â our amazing human suit â fascinates me. When I connect with another person through massage, it fills my heart with joy. I love giving massage, and I love receiving it. To keep learning all I can about massage and ways to help others through it, is thrilling to me. I see the body as an exquisite work of art that needs careful, detailed attention with plenty of loving and gentle touch. I get excited feeling the muscles releasing tension as the body and mind relax and surrender to the moment. I feel great satisfaction when I see a client coming out of the room with a glow on their face because they feel, as many express it, âThank you; I feel human again.â My clients have given me descriptive names: âmagic hands,â healing hands,â âangelic hands,â and âmighty elbowsâ for my ability to go as deep as needed on those muscles that desperately need releasing. I am able to find core areas of dysfunction and reduce the pain held in those tissues. I release and stretch out tight muscles and return them to a wider range of motion and ease. Clients enjoy meeting with me because I give them tools they can use to reduce their pain and keep their bodies healthy and comfortable. They are excited when they get a call from me because it means that theyâll be lying on my comfy table within twenty four hours. There, in the quietness of a darkened room with soft music playing, Iâll be carefully working on their areas of concern. Theyâll have a special time just for them when they are the sole focus of someone elseâs attention â where their needs are the priority.

I like airports. For 15 years I couldnât travel but I picked & dropped my sister off at the airport many times. The bittersweetness of the goodbyes & the yearning of going back home again, and the excitement of waiting for her to show up at the Rom Bradley terminal. I always parked and waited for her to leave & for her to arrive. Tonight Iâm waiting for@my flight back home⌠a home where I am now a visitor⌠again this mixed emotions. I was born in Mexico, but I am not from there anymore. I feel it more when I visit my family va when I travel as a tourist⌠yeap I also feel like a tourist in the city where I grew up. Even with a full plate of projects and being deep in the life-reinvention phase (professional and personal wandering included), Iâm having a serious no sense of direction moment.
