Womblifting and postpartum care course has been completed. What an incredible journey we went on. After 4 days of learning a traditional Thai medicinal practice that addresses women’s health, womblifting, we incorporated herbs, fire, salt and clay pots into our session.

To arrive at Baan Hom Samunphrai, the home of the sweet smelling herbs, is a feeling of being connected to the divine but here on earth.

To arrive at herbal day in any of Homprang’s classes is so beautiful. Imagine a tea bag as big as your head full of the most healing and fragrant herbs that shift your entire being from the aromas of freshly pounded Thai herbs. Thai herbal compresses are an amazing addition to anytherapeutic massage, especially when the herbs are fresh. But the herbs are just part of this incredible compress used in the Womblifting session. This is a very special and transformational healing session, and I am grateful for our teachers.
