Everyone is talking about "longevity."
It’s the #1 wellness trend of the year. People are spending thousands on red light therapy, ice plunges, and complex supplements, all hoping to "biohack" their way to a longer, healthier life.
But as a detox and root-cause expert, I have to ask: What are you building that new 'hack' on top of?
You can’t add advanced strategies to a "house" that has a toxic, crumbling foundation.
The most powerful longevity strategy isn't a fancy gadget.
It's cellular health (which starts in your gut).
It's efficient detoxification (so your body can clean itself).
It's lowering inflammation (which is fueled by a toxic load).
Trying to "hack" longevity without addressing your toxic burden is like polishing the brass on the Titanic... after it hit the iceberg.
True longevity starts with the un-sexy work: Detoxification.
