I'm Shannon (spa manager, someone with ADHD, mom of four boys in sports, and a whole lot more).

I have a question for all you busy people out there. When was the last time it was time for you?
Today Matt and I were talking and I told him we had the float for his weekly commitment. He said "I don't have time today but I will float tomorrow." So keep an eye out for his video tomorrow.
After that I decided that I was going to make time for myself today and just silence my calls and relax after a busy weekend of volunteer work. We have added aromatherapy to the float tank and I must say I love it! The smell of Eucalyptus Mint is refreshing and a breath of fresh air. For me personally I love to float listening to my Audible app with the Swim Buds we have here at flotstone.
