We have years of experience in the funeral business and can help you plan the most elaborate funeral, simple graveside service, or any type of cremation service you wish. We try to provide affordable options for any type of service desired. We always try to treat everyone like we would want to be treated. We also try to provide any type of service or merchandise you wish to have or require; anything from traditional caskets, headstones, and urns, to the more unique memorials and jewelry that are available today. We also try to help people after the service with grief brochures and free online grief support and prior to a time of need by offering preplanning. We hope our internet site at www.archerfuneralhome.com and this Facebook site will be useful tools to help our community and to better serve you.

If this is your first Thanksgiving after losing a loved one, things are going to be different. Nothing will be quite the same, but instead of trying to make things like they always were, consider doing things a little bit different.
You could bake your loved one's favorite dessert in their memory. Write a gratitude list of things you truly appreciated about them as a person. Or visit with family and friends who can share old memories with you and make new ones. Even though you’re grieving, you can make this holiday special and one to remember with fondness.

Other hobbies Matt enjoyed were fishing and going to the beach or springs; loved the Gators, a good ol’ Nascar race and was an avid reader. Spending time with family and friends was a big part of his life. He loved his family and friends immensely. His greatest gift and blessing was when his boys were born; they were his pride & joy. Matt loved being with his kids, in the kitchen, on the grill or just laying around watching movies. Matt had many friends and never met a stranger. He had a charismatic charm, very smart, was down to earth and just great guy that was easy to talk to and could sure make you laugh.

Welcome to Archer Funeral Home's page. We proudly provide families with courteous and compassionate funeral and cremation services.
Due to CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19, and with our community’s safety in mind, we have developed a CDC compliant service package. Until further notice, public viewings and services have been suspended for their own safety. We feel responsible for not only the wellbeing of our staff, but every family we’re honored to serve. Therefore, our funeral home has carefully crafted a safe alternative that still provides the family (up to 10 individuals) an opportunity to view their loved one prior to the cremation process. We understand that a public visitation and celebration of life service are a part of your family’s healing process. Therefore, a representative from our funeral home will contact you regarding service arrangements at which time the CDC deems public gatherings to be safe.
If your needs are immediate please call us at 1-386-496-2008. This phone number is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
