🌿 Happy National Rural Health Day! 🌿

Our rural providers and clinics are critical to the health outcomes of our state as 44 of 64 parishes are designated as fully or partially rural. Patients in rural communities often have limited provider options and can face barriers to accessing both care services as well as appropriate and regular medications. We are so grateful to Louisiana's rural Community Health Centers and Health Center Look-Alikes who create one-stop shops for care in the areas that need them most.

SWLA Center for Health Services will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving!

All sites will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.
