We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Business Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily business operations, answering incoming calls, handling insurance EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer calls
• Review, interpret and post EOBS accurately
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
• Assist with billing inquiries and patient account follow-ups
• Provide general support to the business office team
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday 8 to 5
