They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting tax, accounting, and administrative functions across the firm. 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Filing and assembly of tax returns and other tax related documents
• Monitor task due dates and workflow reports
• Organization and preservation of tax documents

𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀
• Filing and portal uploads for Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
• Maintain and preserve supporting documents for reports

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Assist with engagement letters and task monitoring
• Prepare financial statement packages for distribution
• Print and distribute payroll newsletters
• Support audit department with proposal preparation and financial statement assembly

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
• Set up client numbers and tasks in software program
• Coordinate client deliveries and pickups
• Supervise and support part-time department employees
• Assist partners and firm administration as needed

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
• Previous administrative experience in professional services environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialty software
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Synergy Care, Inc., a leader in therapy and rehabilitation services, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support our in-house team in Lake Charles. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting both financial and administrative functions.

About the Role:

You’ll assist with accounting tasks, billing processes, reporting, and general office operations to keep our finance and administrative workflows running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and depreciation schedules.
Manage cash, payroll uploads, AR collections, and AP processing.
Responsible for client monthly invoices and customer portal.
Maintain various databases including contracts, vendor accounts, equipment, reports
Organize office documents, systems, and administrative processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and or office administration.
