Now Hiring: Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Synergy Care, Inc., a leader in therapy and rehabilitation services, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support our in-house team in Lake Charles. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting both financial and administrative functions.
About the Role:
You’ll assist with accounting tasks, billing processes, reporting, and general office operations to keep our finance and administrative workflows running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and depreciation schedules.
Manage cash, payroll uploads, AR collections, and AP processing.
Responsible for client monthly invoices and customer portal.
Maintain various databases including contracts, vendor accounts, equipment, reports
Organize office documents, systems, and administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and or office administration.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and multitasking.
Skilled with Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Word, Adobe
Independent worker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Professional, confidential, positive, and team-oriented.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
