More than 1/3 of Louisiana kids have NO FATHER present.
Co-Chair of the Task Force LaVar Robinson said the listening sessions revealed a common theme among fathers.
“Guys cry about being involved with their kids, but they just didn’t know how to be involved because nobody taught them,” Robinson said.
