BARC RUN CLUB LAKE CHARLES🎄

I’m very late posting apologies since last week was hectic with the holidays! last Tuesday a few of us gathered up and ran/walked som good miles! It was a tad chilly but the weather was nice! we hydrated up with .usa !! WE WILL NOT BE HAVING RUN CLUB TODAY (December 30th) we will meet back up on January 6th at 6pm drew park! I hope to see everyone in the new year!! 🔥❤️

BARC RUN CLUB LAKE CHARLES🎅🏼🎄

I didn’t realize I never posted from last week (my fault) but I wasn’t going to forget to post tonight! I mean look at the beautiful view🫶🏽 we ran/walked 2 1/2 miles in the chilly weather but seeing all the christmas lights/decorations made it so much more enjoyable! I’m proud of these ladies! we hydrated up with .usa bcaa drinks!! I hope to see ya’ll next Tuesday 6pm prien lake park! JUST SHOW UP🗣️🔥

we had a pretty decent run last night, 2 1/2 miles! we’re all finally getting used to this time change so running in the dark isn’t so bad! there was a nice breeze and we had the view of the water and Christmas decorations! we hydrated up with .usa BCAA drinks! there were a few people that ran with us but aren’t pictured! proud of everyone for their determination to push through!
