• Get contact information for key care providers ahead of time

• Have an honest conversation with your partner about roles + expectations

• Set up postpartum care + snack stations around the house so everything is within reach

STEP AWAY FROM THAT ICE DRINK! 🚨👮

Just kidding… kind of. You’re ice drinks could slow your healing postpartum. We’re all for staying hydrated so if you’re really craving an ice cold drink, go for it.

BUT, knowledge is power so next time you want to enjoy a drink sip on something warm instead!

PRO TIP: I keep sea salt lemon water in a pitcher in the fridge and pop that in the microwave have first thing in the morning to set the tone for the day 💚
