🏅 November Employee of the Month: Kyle Carter, PT, DPT 🏅

Mr. Kyle Carter has found the intersection of craft and calling. In 2025 Kyle has blossomed into one of SWLA’s foremost authorities on treating TMJ with Physical Therapy! He also has a passion for returning high level athletes to their field of play – having done so with several collegiate athletes in 2025.

But Kyle is not just excelling at patient care! He has also been the clinical instructor for two aspiring PT students recently! So not only does Kyle have healing hands, but he is using those hands to help shape the next generation of physical therapists! 😉

Spirit Week seems a little “high school” on the surface. We certainly admit it may not be right for every workplace, but we look forward to it every year!! I mean look at that participation!!! Even our PT Students came dressed up for their first day!

Pajama Day has been a huge hit! With the exception of whatever Nathaniel Perkins, PT, DPT, is doing. How he is explaining being dressed as Shrek to his patients on Pajama Day we have no idea. 🫣🤷‍♀️
