It's with a really heavy heart this morning that I'm writing this post.
Today is our last day seeing patients under our current ownership. Although we are super excited for Cathy and Dr. Jacobs!
It's been 12 years that we've been serving Lake City and doing our best to bring quality patient care to our rural communities.
Keep in mind our office will be minimally staffed during the next few months. If you have an emergency please contact 9-1-1. If you are needing medication refills and haven't gotten those yet. Please call the office so that we can make sure you qualify for refills and get you taken care of.
