Sometimes you don’t miss the relationship…
You miss who you were together.

The laughter.
The closeness.
The ease.

Intimacy doesn’t disappear overnight — it drifts.

And it can be rebuilt. 💛

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow… but the connection can start tonight. 💛✨

Instead of scrambling for plans, try this:
Love Language Game Night.

Tonight → light a candle, grab a bowl, write the prompts, and take turns drawing.
Tomorrow → love them intentionally in the way they actually receive it.

No guessing.
No surface vibes.
Just real conversation. Real intimacy. Real effort.

Because being understood and loved on purpose?
That’s what makes it meaningful.

Save this for tonight + tomorrow.
Which love language are y’all starting with? 👇🏽💛

Self-sabotage is so annoying because it rarely feels like sabotage in the moment. It feels like being “realistic.” It feels like being responsible. It feels like waiting until you’re ready. Meanwhile your brain is like, Perfect. We will now do absolutely nothing and call it safety.

From a neuroscience perspective, a lot of self-sabotage is your nervous system trying to protect you from uncertainty, visibility, rejection, or shame. Your brain is wired to prioritize survival over success, and growth is unpredictable by definition. So if your past taught you that being seen led to criticism, being confident led to backlash, or having needs led to disappointment, your system will start pulling the emergency brake right when things begin to go well. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you’re weak. Because your brain is doing what it learned to do: avoid pain.

And in real life, it shows up in the sneakiest ways. You overthink instead of act. You stay quiet instead of risk conflict. You say yes until you resent everyone. You cling to habits that numb you because they’re familiar. You stay in relationships you’ve outgrown because starting over feels terrifying. The goal isn’t to shame yourself into change. The goal is to notice the pattern with compassion, regulate your nervous system, and choose one small brave action anyway.

And if you want to go deeper, my podcast episode is out today on why we fear success (and how that fear turns into self-sabotage). Comment "Podcast" and I'll DM you the link. 🎙️

If this hit home, share it with someone who needs it. 💓

Long-term love doesn’t fade all at once.

It slowly disconnects in small, unnoticed ways.

But the opposite is also true.

Connection is rebuilt in small, intentional moments.

Feeling “chosen” isn’t about grand gestures or expensive dates.
It’s about everyday signals that say:

“I see you.”
“I value you.”
“I still choose you.”

Sometimes it’s as simple as:

• Putting your phone down
• Saying thank you for something routine
• Initiating affection
• Sending a mid-day “thinking of you” text
• Sitting close instead of apart

These small behaviors regulate the nervous system.
They create safety.
They remind your partner they matter.

Challenge:
Pick 2 things from this list and do them intentionally this week.

Love grows where attention goes.

Save this for later — and share it with someone you’re building with.

A lot of couples have chemistry…
but not intimacy.

Intimacy isn’t just physical closeness.
It’s emotional safety.

It’s knowing you can say,
“That hurt.”
“I’m insecure about this.”
“I need reassurance.”
…without fear of being dismissed, mocked, or punished.

Emotional intimacy is built when:

• Disagreements don’t feel dangerous
• Vulnerability isn’t weaponized
• Reassurance isn’t labeled “too much”
• Imperfection doesn’t threaten connection

You can be physically close and emotionally distant.

Real intimacy is when you feel safe being fully seen.

✨ This week’s challenge:
Set aside 15 intentional minutes. No phones. No multitasking.
Ask each other one vulnerable question — and listen without fixing.

Small, safe conversations build lasting connection.

If this resonated, save it for later — or share it with someone you’re growing with.

2. Avoiding conflict and calling it compatibility.

Sometimes relationships don’t fall apart… they just drift a little.

Not broken.
Not over.
Just not as close as you used to feel.

That’s why we created this reset — because intimacy isn’t built in one big moment. It’s built in small, intentional, everyday choices.

For the next 7 days, we’re focusing on simple, meaningful ways to reconnect — no pressure, no overwhelm, just real steps that help you feel close again.

Day 1 starts tomorrow. .
Let’s reconnect on purpose. 🤍

Comment RESET if you’re joining the challenge.
