Hey everyone, quick shop and life update.

As a lot of you know, last winter Amber tore her knee up pretty badly backcountry snowmobiling. What most people did not see was everything that followed. Multiple surgeries, injections, doctors, scans, tears, fears, letdowns,
months of rehab, and a frustrating amount of complications and scar tissue that just would not cooperate no matter how hard we tried.

Amber is going in this Friday for her third surgery. Because of this, DNA Custom Engraving will be closed starting Friday for one week.
After that, we will reopen with some limits. Derek will be able to manage standard orders during this time, but complex custom projects and design heavy work may take a month or longer, depending on recovery.

This is not how we planned the last year or how we wanted to start this one, but due to constant pain and a major lack of mobility, it is the right move forward and hopefully our last big hurdle.

We really appreciate the patience and support from this community while we have kept things quieter than usual. If you have an order in progress or are thinking about placing one, feel free to reach out and we will be completely transparent about timing.

A little info on some of our cases... As fellow shooters, we know there are small intricacies within everything we do from our approach at a match, to how we set up our gear. When we create cases, we are the same way. It isn't just cutting contours of whatever shape we are trying to protect, but thinking about it from all aspects. We cut multiple different layers so that items sit correctly and evenly within the case that all come up to the proper height. We have developed this more and more over the years. We want things to sit snug and easily accessible. :)

The following case is a Pelican Vault 525 setup for a BTX 95mm spotting scope with additional cuts for a Xero chronograph and the Swaro 1.7x mag extender. This setup will help transport important gear to Southwest Nationals F-class!
