With Intentions Holistic Studio is a loving space for community to heal, create, and connect.

Last night, we gathered and found ourselves held within a gentle circle 💫 of sisterhood. Together, we built an altar to honor all those who walked this path before us — their wisdom, their courage, their love.

We called in our kin, our departed loved ones, inviting them to bless us on this sacred evening of Samhain.

As the candles 🕯️✨ glowed, the light of the altar reminded us of the never-ending thread 🪡 that connects us across space and time. We felt it. We honored it. We became part of it.

Thank you, from my ♥️ heart, for opening yours — for bringing your presence, intention, and vulnerability. You created this sacred space with your energy, offerings, and your willingness to show up.

Gratitude to our dear departed loved ones 🖤🥀 for lighting our path and being present with us.

May the light continue to guide you through the thinning veil and into the new season ahead.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Luminous Cycles and Laughs: Art Opening & Improv Comedy Show 🌕✨

We had a full room, felt the incredible support of this community, and absolutely loved sharing the collective joy of comedy together. Thank you to all the Improv 4 Life performers! 🙏

Our new art show is already lighting up the studio with stunning, imaginative depictions of the moon 🌙 Featuring unexpected materials, textures, and colors, each work reimagines the moon’s many phases — waxing and waning through art that feels both familiar and otherworldly.

The exhibition includes artwork by Nicole Bee, Jonathan Carone, Kelly Conley, Danny Lyons, Rachel Mambach, Taylor Piscopo, Shannon Smith, and Regina Viqueira

Come see it for yourself — on view through January 3. 🌝 Collect some local art, bask in the glow, and maybe join us for our Full Moon Meditation next Wednesday, 11/5 at 7pm, to tune into your own luminous cycles.

Congratulations to our newly certified
Reiki II Usui/Holy Fire practitioners!

What a beautiful and transformative experience we shared. As we worked intuitively with Reiki energy, we found trust within ourselves and the strength to align with the sacred symbols. We learned to send Reiki across time and space, to give reiki with our eyes, and to connect with the Divine Source through focus and presence.

Together, we released low vibrations and cleared energy from our homes and hearts. We closed our session thanking the Universe for guiding us, seen and unseen, and for holding space for the light to flow, be shared, and received. 💫

Thank you, Universe for your guidance and for the blessings that continue to unfold in our lives. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to connect, to learn, and to listen to your divine teachings.

Remembering that when we open our hearts, we remember that love has always been our truest nature. ❤️🌏
