A deeply restorative experience combining yin yoga and the healing support of acupuncture.

We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yin yoga practice — long-held, supported postures that gently work into the fascia, connective tissues, and joints. Yin invites the body to soften without force, easing tension and quieting the mind as the nervous system settles into rest.

As you settle into relaxation, gentle acupuncture points will be added in to deepen rest, regulate the nervous system and guide the body back into balance. This blend of movement and stillness is helpful in reducing stress, improving sleep, and supporting the body’s natural healing process.

Accessible to all bodies — no prior yoga or acupuncture experience needed. If you have questions or have never had acupuncture, feel free to reach out or DM.
