Subtle Revolution Massage and Health llc Experienced, Professional Massage Therapist. I am an experienced and passionate massage therapist. I love my work and I enjoy bringing it into people's homes.

I also have a beautiful studio space in Woodbury, MN where I am happy to share space with other health care professionals who are devoted to the health and well being of our clients. For mobile office visits I come equipped with massage chair, soothing music and custom crafted aromatherapy. I have had the privilege of working with many companies in many different locations. From company picnics on the shores of the St. Croix to employee appreciate wellness days to many, many Convention Center booths, I am proud to say I provide a professional and therapeutic experience that everyone has been more then happy with.

Regular bodywork can play a key role in reversing the “dysfunctional patterns” that accumulate in our bodies over time. Injury, poor posture and repetitive movements cause fascia and muscles to shorten and stiffen; this shifts the skeleton and forces other tissues to compensate . Scar tissue forms with collagen fibres laid down in a random pattern and can tether nearby structures, reinforcing dysfunction . The nervous system contributes as well: stress or pain increases sympathetic “fight‑or‑flight” tone, which can keep muscles tense and amplify pain signals .

As we start to introduce cannabis to our clients, I have noticed a general curiosity around the "how and why" of dosing. Some people feel enough of an effect with 5mg of thc while others need a much larger dose to feel the effects.
I am always doing research into the "how and why" because I want people to be able to comfortably and confidently enjoy the calming and balancing benefits of cannabis without worry about going too far.
Being able to grab a seltzer after a massage is a really nice way to keep the relaxing vibe of your bodywork going for the rest of the day.

That first chill in the air reminded me of how amazing it feels to heat my bones. This will be a staple in my wellness through winter and I am betting it will be a game changer. I cannot recommend it highly enough for those who want to loosen tight fascia and reap the benefits of a deep, cleansing sweat. It pairs perfectly with a 30 minute head, neck and shoulders focused massage.

I've been slowly cultivating my medicinal herb garden and have been delighting in the process of watching these amazing plants take root and spread. I have always been drawn to "growing" people, places and things. Even in the barren deserts outside of Tucson, AZ I managed to cultivate a little garden and learned to appreciate the native species resiliency and determination to survive against all odds.
Here in MN it is infinitely easier to grow most things and over the next several posts I will show you what I have been up to here and what the end results will be once it all comes to fruition. All of the plants are grown organically and all are tended to reverently. It's where a lot of my peace comes from and I am happy to share the fruits and flowers of my labors with you in the treatment rooms.
