I am never one to believe the hype. I have an inherent distrust of bandwagons and trends and a background of philosophy and Gen X Nope.
But I have noticed that a lot of my female clients in my age group (yes that means perimenopausal and menopausal) are having trouble staying asleep throughout the night and I have been seeing 3am way more often these days as well.
There’s a lot of tips and tricks for good sleep prep. They are all valid.
Creating an indulgent sleep chamber devoted to rest and not to late night screen time is paramount. As well as winding down an hour ahead of time and getting enough movement throughout the day to empty the tank.
But I do those things and still sometimes 3am comes to haunt me.
So last night I tried the award winners.
They are tasty little tidbits.
I ate one about 30 minutes before bed and nestled in. Fell asleep shortly after nestling and slept all the way through until morning. I woke up refreshed and ready to walk the pup at 5am.
There is no better way to start a day then waking up refreshed.
I am not promising every night will be as delicious as this one was, but I am convinced that the herbs in these gummies are very supportive and effective for easing the system into a deeper sleep and 100% worth a try.
