When you live a busy life, its very hard to find the time to organize and clean your home. Thats where Sparkling Dream Cleaning comes in we take our time to get your home back in order so your able to enjoy the more important things in life.
We care about the details and your needs we take our time to ensure the job is done right the first time. Our goal is to make sure that we leave your home sparkling after each visit with us.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, your satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to provide a service we are proud of. We promise to always provide you with a detailed cleaning that you will sure love and a price that is amazing.
We do our very best to provide each client with a service they are going to love and want to book another appointment with us. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression we will go above an beyond our clients needs and we do our best to meet or exceed each and every expectation you may have.
Payments:
Payments (by cash, credit/debit card or venmo) is due in full at or before each appointment. Please leave payment on the kitchen counter if you will not be home. If payment cant be collected at the time/before service please note we will charge a 15% service charge. If you would like a invoice for the service please contact our office and we would be happy to provide that for you.
Checks are not accepted at this time.
Cancellations and Re-Scheduling:
You're welcome to cancel or re-schedule your appointment with atleast a 48 hour notice. We do plan our schedule ahead of time when your cleaning is scheduled we reserve that spot and that time for you and you alone. We do charge $50 for missed appointments/late cancellations this fee is non refundable we encourage you to please keep your appointments.
In the event of a cancellation after the 48 hour notice we will charge half the price of the cleaning fee that is non refundable.
Keys and entry:
We charge a $50 fee if we are unable to enter the premises for the scheduled appointment. This is a lock out fee that is non refundable we encourage our clients to please be home or leave us a way to enter the premises. All door codes wont be shared with employees that have never serviced your home. We will not send someone new to your home with a key or a door code.
Please do not ask our staff to:
⦁ remove our shoes or use shoe covers.
⦁ use ladders other than the small 3ft ladder that we supply, or climb up on any furniture.
⦁ lift or move heavy items
⦁ clean up human or pet waste, blood or bodily fluids.
⦁ restrain or move agressive or barking dogs. If your pet is agressive or unsure of strangers please put them in a safe place before our staff arrives for the cleaning. Otherwise we may not beable to provide service and you will be charged a cancellation fee up to $75
Breaking and damage:
Our staff is trained to handle items with extra care, however occasional accidents do happen in this case a accident does happen. Our staff is instructed to report breakage or damage immediately to the office and to you if your available. If you believe something was damaged or broken by us, we need to hear about it withing 24 hours after your appointment. We dont take responsibility for damage not reported within this time frame to us.
We cannot take responsibility for items if they were not properly attached or secured (for example a hanging picture that was improperly attached to the wall) or items that had prior damage.
We dont provide services on holidays, if you have a appointment already scheduled with us and it lands on the holiday we will do our best to move you to a different day or re-schedule with you.
