Ladies, join American Heart Association and Code Blue CPR to celebrate Heart Health Month!

Walk, hike, run, swim, elliptical, dance, crawl, however that looks like for you, get those miles in.

Any miles you already logged in February count, keep it going, you got this, we are giving you that extra push!

Be sure to log your miles and share it with us along the way.

Join us in the ongoing Virtual event in the Messenger chat room, tell us your success each day, post affirmations, coach us along the way, post photos, meals, recipes, we can all benefit for what's working for you.
