Volunteering provides me with physical and mental rewards as it reduces stress and allows the dancer in me to keep smiling 🙂
The Diwali celebrations by SASA was so full of optimism and joy that really strengthens the community bonds along with strengthening the immune system 😊.

I met another woman Kimi Verma who wants to empower and build other women and not tear them down! That is the true power where we can stand together and praise each other’s accomplishments!

Her recent Beauty Pageant brought Mental Health workshop as a part of the training and I was amazed by her vision! I immediately said Yes to combine our strengths and Together it will bring the change as Beauty WITH Brains !
I became part of the process and was amazed at the effort she was making to give back to the community.

An amazing evening with such great minds which came together on the occasion of felicitating a Life Time Achievement award for S.Kulbir S. Dhaliwal organised by Dr.Amrit. The award was presented by the Mayor Sajjad Taj.
It was such an honour to be invited to share my thoughts on Su***de Prevention and making the community more aware about mental health issues.
