This is a donation based class to support Aftermath.

Aftermath is an organization dedicated to reducing gun violence in America, supporting mass shooting survivors, and preventing future violence stemming from the trauma experienced by children and communities due to active shooter drills and mass shootings. It is the sister organization of March Fourth that was started after the mass shooting in Highland Park. Please come, sweat, feel the power of coming together in community in support of peace and non-violence.

New to the studio! Summer Sculpt! 🔥

Our Summer Sculpt Series offers 3 classes per week. It's a great way to enhance your yoga practice and bring weights into your practice in an intelligent way so that you're safe and actually getting stronger.

Sculpt instructor, Monica Halloran, is a former classically trained dancer turned fitness enthusiast. She has been teaching packed yoga sculpt classes all over the Northshore of Chicago for 10 years. Monica brings her dance background into every class choreographing all exercises to high energy music.

Expect to leave Monica’s classes feeling empowered, energized, and ready to take on the day.

Summer Sculpt is not a yoga class but a fitness class, which will strengthen your yoga practice and ignite your fitness journey like never before.
