At around 16 weeks, many moms start wondering,
Should I be feeling my baby move by now?
The truth is, it's completely normal not to feel movement yet.
Your baby is still very small and cushioned by fluid, so even though they're dancing and stretching, it can take a few more weeks before you feel those first gentle flutters.
Most first time moms notice movement between 18-22 weeks, and if it's your second or third pregnancy, sometimes a little earlier.
Be patient with your body, your little one is growing right on time.
