Most people are underestimating how much supplements actually affect their body.

Research shows anywhere from 5–30 reps can build muscle — as long as you’re training close to failure. But here’s the catch: exercise selection matters.

Compound lifts often hit cardio or supporting muscles first, while isolation moves let the target muscle truly fail.

Don’t obsess over a magic number. Train smart, push hard, and think critically about the exercise you’re doing.

Sometimes go to failure, sometimes stop short from it both have their place.
