🙏🏼 Gratitude is a practice not just a word or specific season of the year. Show your gratitude often and authentically. Acknowledging and expressing our thanks for what we have, how we are loved and seeing the good glimmers during crazy days keeps perspective.
🌀The logo for our practice is a symbol of gratitude, reminding me to stop and be thankful for all that has been overcome for me to be able to practice this medicine. It’s a gift and a privilege. A duty I do not take lightly.
✨Working with the energy of a persons being is a sacred duty. I carry gratitude for the medicine finding me when it did and impacting the trajectory of my life and in turn the lives of others.
📚Today your homework is to make a list of three things you’re grateful for having, three things you’re grateful to be able to do and three experiences you’re grateful to have had. Notice how it changes your mood.

This NO-vember we are saying NO in this clinic to silly apologies and YES to giving each other some grace. Our clinic is a judgement, guilt and shame free safe space for all to heal in.

Please don’t ever feel the need to apologize for…
⏰ life rearranging the days schedule leaving you “running late” You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Breathe. I’m happy to work with you and make it work.
🪒 Unshaven legs! I can’t tell you how often this is something ladies apologize for and honestly I hardly notice and absolutely don’t care. Our bodies grow hair, it means you’re healthy human!
☺️ Arriving to your appointment with work clothes and needing a moment to get more comfy. I actually encourage you to do this, the more relaxed the better your treatment! Plus if it’s easier to get to points you’re making my job easy peasy
🙊Forgetting to take your herbs. We’re about balance around here! Try next week, aim for once a day… adding anything into the routine can be a challenge!
🫶🏼 Emotional release before, during or after your treatment. Please don’t feel the need to apologize for letting the stress, grief or any emotion leave your body. I am honored to be trusted with your care and to provide you with a space to heal and a caring ear when you need it. What happens here stays here.
