Today we kicked things off with a staff meeting, then swapped our scrubs for spa robes for some well-deserved R&R. 🧖‍♀️

☃️ Reduce icy air hitting your gums and teeth by breathing through your nose.
🩵 Cover your mouth and nose in harsh wind.
☃️ Drink plenty of water and warm drinks during the day.
🩵 Use lip balm to prevent chapped lips.
