The Little Things Matter Most LLC we are getting closer and closer everyday to officially operating. There’s step needed In order to launch. We are registered with the state of Connecticut as a legal entity. A few more steps before we can do things the right way for the right reasons. Once the application is submitted and approved by the department of consumers we are going to change things and represent the elderly and disabled community the way they should be treated. The employees that I have lined up are in this to make a difference it just a dollar. I’ve built connections the American heart association and unlike most companies we will put staff through CPR and AED and First Aid training to become certified as a requirement.

While in EMT training I learned the average response time for an ambulance is 7 minutes. If I remember correctly 2 minutes with no oxygen can causes brain damage and I believe 7-8 minutes is pretty much death. Now with this mandatory training we will be able to provide the necessary support to stabilize our clients until emergency responders arrive increasing there chance of survival. This places is above the competitors with essential skills other agencies don’t require. Not here.

We want to give our clients and their loved ones a peace of mind knowing they are in safe hands, properly trained and will possess the knowledge to keep your close ones safe.

Our mission is attention to detail making sure the client feels more like family than a client. Getting to know them personally and allow us to understand there wants and needs. Their likes and dislikes. Most clients I have for other companies feel like they don’t need help and dread having caregivers come making them feel like it’s a chore. We want to interact with the client in a manner so they actually look forward to having us there. Make them feel comfortable, cared for, give them something to look forward too. Our clients happiness is priority.

I want to give a big thank you to the middle school that I attended. If you were to ask the. Personally they would tell you this company is the last type of work I would ever be doing. Growing up as a teenager I was influenced by the wrong crowd, unmotivated, and was the farthest person ever from being a “people person.” But look at where I’m at now. A completely different person and I have to give them a lot of respect because they never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. Their teachers were very supportive and really made a huge impression in my life. To this day I still keep in touch with some of the teachers, they have taught me things from basic education to life lessons and for that I thank them for believing in me. I’m hoping they see this and know because they believed in me I never stopped believing in myself. I’m sure at the time I didn’t seem to acknowledge your commitment to your students but I wanted you to know I sure do acknowledge the efforts and commitment you’ve made now. I attended school here over about 15 or so years ago and to this day I still remember it like yesterday. As a school, educators and normal everyday people. Your hard work paid off and made me into a better man. Thank you for your support.
