ATTENTION:

Please keep in mind that COVID screening tests are limited throughout the community. We ask that if you test POSITIVE, to be wait a week before coming to get re-tested. If you get tested 4-5 days after, there is a chance that you might still be POSITIVE. So please be patient as we are trying to make sure we have enough tests for everyone. We do offer COVID PCR testing which takes 24-48hrs for results.

Also, IF you are coming to our location for COVID screenings that you wait in your car and give us a call at (928) 459-3512 to check in. Please do not enter the building.
