Here at Bridgewater Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to assisting you in your mental health journey. No matter what your journey may entail, we are excited to help you be the best you possible. Each of our clients are treated as if they were part of our own family and we hope you can feel at home with us.

Nicholas is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is licensed to perform individual, couples, and family therapy with adolescents and adults. It is his goal to offer an open and inviting environment to ensure each client feels at home.

As a long time resident of Lake Havasu City, He enjoys serving the community in which he lives and takes an active part in making it grow.

Individual Therapy

Everyone at one point or another has the thought of seeking a trained therapist to help with life issues that overwhelm them. Anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, stress, childhood trauma, relationship or work-related problems, loneliness, and anger are some of the many reasons to seek counseling. The benefit of therapy is immeasurable. Learning coping skills and tools to deal with everyday situations can ease many difficulties in our lives.

Children & Youth Therapy

It is very difficult to watch children struggle with emotional issues that they themselves have a hard time communicating. Therapeutic play engages children in ways that allow them to open up and reveal issues that may be bothering them. Therapeutic play is commonly used to first understand, and then respond to a child in a way that helps them overcome emotional struggles. As children age, emotions are more easily communicated. Therapist may use other tools such as the use of art, painting, drawing, role playing, drama, books and discussion. These tools can help a young person to explore difficulties they have in their lives, whether at school, in their home life, relationships with others, or their own self-awareness as they navigate through their teen years.

Relationship Therapy

Seeking psychotherapy may be the answer to helping partners in overcoming their difficulties. Therapists are able to help couples resolve conflict, strengthen bonds, grow closer to each other, and bring about a renewal of relationship. Psychotherapy is not just for couples in trouble. It is beneficial for anyone who is interested in having and maintaining a healthy relationship. All couples can benefit from psychotherapy whether your relationship is heteros*xual, same- s*x or gender diverse.
