We’re so excited to share something that’s been on both of our hearts for a long time.
Together, Beyond the Body and Lakeview Women’s Health are joining forces to create a space where women can feel strong, supported, and deeply cared for through every stage of motherhood.

These classes are more than movement — they’re about connection, healing, and honoring the incredible journey of pregnancy and postpartum. It’s a passion project for both of us, and we can’t wait to welcome you in. 💙🖤
