🌿 We enjoyed the beautiful weather today during our Forest Bathing Program!

There’s nothing quite like slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with nature. Grateful for this peaceful time to recharge, reflect, and soak in the calm of the woods. 🍃✨

Join us tomorrow for our Forest Bathing program! We are continuing to take advantage of the beautiful fall weather and will meet at Camp Jefferson at 10:30 am.

We are having a special forest bathing event on TUESDAY, November 11th for the Mayor's Wellness Campaign where Mayor Wilsusen will join us!

This programs is FREE but does require registration. Please register at www.communitypass.net or contact Jefferson Recreation at (973) 663-8404.

Beginning on that date, the group will meet every Monday at 6:00 PM.

Hope and Serenity is excited to announce that we are launching a NEW SUPPORT GROUP starting ONE WEEK from today!

On Tuesday, October 7th at 6pm we will be holding our first Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) support group. This is a peer-led group for those living with depression or bipolar disorder and family members. The group will meet at Hope and Serenity (174 Edison Road, Lake Hopatcong - Skylands Medical Building) every Tuesday at 6pm. It is free and no registration is needed.
