October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The U.S. Preventive Task Force recommends routine mammograms every 2 years for low risk women ages 40-75 years. If you have a family history of breast cancer, a personal history of breast cancer, or history of abnormal imaging, you might need to get a mammogram more frequently or before age 40. Infinite Health is happy to keep you healthy - appointments available!

April is stress awareness month. Though we can't eliminate stress, Infinitie Health is happy to be your partner in managing stress in your life. Self care is the best way to achieve balance. 3 things you can do:

1. Meditation - finding space and time to clear one's mind and relax can reduce stress and anxiety
2. Exercise - activities you enjoy are an excellent release and can help management stressful feelings.
3. Visit your healthcare provider - schedule an appt for a wellness exam. Knowing how you're doing can bring peace of mind. Identifying issues early can help maintain your highest level of health!
