When you’re undecided on what to do, or feel stuck, you must take action. Action is the solution to a poor mental health rut. Read a book, watch a movie, workout, take a walk, sign up for therapy. The longer you do nothing, the longer it will continue. Some things may work, and some may not. At the very least you will learn what provides positive energy during these moments. Get your mind into something helpful and you’ll be glad you did!
