Here we have a lovely 6 week old baby who came in for ear correction. This baby had two EarWell devices placed. First was for ten days then gave the skin a 3 day break and put the second device on for another 10 days.

EarWell is a soft flexible ear covering containing specialized components that resolve all external ear deformity especially protruding ears. It works best on babies within 1-6 weeks of age while the ears are at their most pliable.

Split ear lobes can be easily repaired in office under local anesthesia. This is called an earlobe repair. Split earlobes can be caused by heavy earrings being worn over long periods of time, gauges is placed with increasing size, earrings get caught and then pulled, children pulling on earring, multiple piercings, etc. . Earlobe repair takes about 30 minutes in office. Most patients return to work the next day often the same day. Permanent sutures or observable sutures may be used for the skin closure depending on the individual case. Typically we ask our patients to wait at least three months before re-piercing their ear. We also asked that the new piercing be at least 3 mm from the old piercing site.

Here we have a lovely patient who came in with middle and lower face laxity. Overall she has good quality skin . This patient came in wanting to have more tightness of her face and less signs of aging. Here we have a lovely patient who came in for evaluation for breast augmentation. Patient was a full B cup and wanted to be approximately a C+, but with a natural shape. Dr. Papanicolaou was able to give the patient the results that she desired with a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants filling them to 300 cc’s.
