👋 Hello Everyone! 👋

March has been a rough and tough month for me personally. I deeply apologize for any of you I have not gotten back to yet, got on my schedule yet or had to reschedule.

* I physically hit my peak working 32 days in a row.

* Took 5 days off with my kids for spring break, working my neglected home not taking a break.

* Came back to work for 9 days and caught either the new strain of covid or the flu that took me out for a solid 36 hours.

* Recovered just in time to drop an oven door on my foot a break my 1st Metatarsal.

So, I will be reevaluating my entire schedule because clearly the universe or God is telling me to 👏 Slow 👏 The 👏 **** 👏 Down 👏!

I've realized I've been consistently telling my family I've been the busiest this month than ever for 7 straight months and I need to slow down and refocus.

I've had a LOT of people bring this up in massages when we're talking about eating junk over the holidays in the last 2 months!

This can either be a group thing or I'll message you individually but I have 6 people right now that want to try a Carnivore Only "Diet" and give it a solid shot for 30ish days to see how they feel but they don't know where to start or which recipes to follow.

I'm also going to be doing detox groups and teach people how to safely do cleanses for heavy metals, parasites and excess cellular debris.

If you want to be in and genuinely try and share recipes let me know and I'll keep you in the loop!

I say "Diet" because there is nothing Diet about eating no matter what you do it's a lifestyle choice to eat what you want and cutting some things out doesn't make it a "Diet". I loathe the word and it makes everything feel like a Fad.

P.S. This will start towards the end of January possibly the 21st. I'm coordinating it with a few people already!

I've Decided to Gift Something Generous this Year as an Overwhelming Thank You to ALL of my Clients for 2025!

I provided over 500 hours of service between all 3 locations part time in 2025! This year I'm going Full Time and stepping into a teaching roll as well!

As a Thank You to everyone that has supported my business I am giving away 10 free treatments!

Nominate someone who deserves a massage but might not be able to afford it for whatever reason to receive one and you could win one yourself! Tag them as you Nominate them so they can follow my page to be notified if they win!

To make it EVEN BETTER:

A portion of all proceeds (per location) will be set aside into a revolving "Free to the Deserving" Fund that you get to also nominate someone with every single session you come in for throughout the year!

This Fund will allow people you nominate on either a fixed income or unable to work for whatever reason be able to receive some free services to heal themselves this New Year also! This has been weighing on my heart for a couple years trying to figure out how to do it and all the pieces finally fell into place!

As per the 500 sessions I did in 2025 this could give away 24 MORE Free sessions throughout 2026 that's $3,550 in Free treatments through the year for people that need it but can't afford it that come directly from YOU and YOUR Nominations!!! Could be EVEN MORE since I was only part time last year!
