Happy Thursday! Today we’re sharing our December Foam Roller Workshop Recap.

In the workshop last week, Dr. Jennifer Jeschke, PT, DPT focused on posture — especially how sitting at a desk or computer all day impacts the body. In the first photo, you can see her remarkable posture improvement after just 30 minutes of foam rolling. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Stella graduated from Optimal Physical Therapy!

She shares, “My mobility and flexibility have improved so much. Dr. Nate Hoover, PT, DPT, OCS, and Dr. Marissa Anderson, PT, DPT always explained everything so well and helped me understand the importance of improving mobility and flexibility. I had multiple ankle sprains and a knee problem, and after working with Dr. Nate and Dr. Marissa, I now know what to do if I injure my ankle or knee, thanks to the exercises they gave me.”

We are incredibly proud of her progress and so happy to see her getting back to the activities she loves.
