This is NOT a senior fitness class. Most of the core exercises will take place on a mat.

This class will begin with lying core warm-up exercises and progress into a core circuit, ending with final stretches and a short relaxation phase.

Please bring mats.

Pre-registration is a requirement due to limited space.
