The Verde Valley has been a beautiful home for my family for the last several years. It’s held so many sacred seasons for us—birthing our babies, healing, devotion, and the ups and downs of stewarding Kejiwa behind the scenes.

I’m deeply grateful for the land, the community, and the energy that supported us here.

And… we’re being pushed out in an interesting way.

We've been calling this in for a while and now we're being forced to make it happen.

So we’re taking a leap of faith and relocating to the East Coast—and South Carolina has been calling to us in a way I can’t fully explain.

I’ve never actually been there, but I keep hearing the sweetest things about it… and honestly, I’m excited to be back by the beach. Something about that ocean energy has always felt like medicine to me.

So here’s a gentle practice to help you clear your field and return to your own frequency after being around others (and one you can even do during a gathering if you need to).

Try this “Dry Bath” energy clearing (anywhere, anytime):

One slow breath. Drop your shoulders.

Sweep your hands down your field (crown → shoulders → arms → torso → legs)

Repeat: “I release all that is not mine.”

Hand on heart: “My energy is my own. My field is clear.”
