Meet Kathleen!

I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and regain a sense of alignment with their Higher Selves. My work centers on offering insight, compassion, and practical tools that support lasting growth, healing, and emotional balance. With over 20 years of study and practice in Buddhism, Eastern contemplative traditions, meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, and yoga, I bring a holistic and grounded approach to personal transformation. In addition, I have more than 22 years of experience working in the Alzheimer’s and dementia space, supporting individuals and families with empathy, patience, and deep understanding. By weaving these two specialties together, I create a safe and healing space where clients feel seen and empowered to reach their therapeutic goals and create lives that feel more aligned and meaningful.
