If your brain feels scattered…
you can’t concentrate…

This is a blend I learned when I studied clinical aromatherapy, and we used it ALL the time for studying, memory, and focus.
🌿 Lemon + Rosemary + Basil
Mix it like this:
→ 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil
→ If you do 3 tablespoons = 9 drops total
→ Split evenly between all three (3, 3, 3)
You can:
• put it in a roller bottle
• mix it in a small cup and inhale
• rub it in your hands and breathe it in
It helps your brain feel clearer, brighter, and more alert—especially when you need deep thinking.

If focus is really hard for you, it’s usually not just about discipline.
It’s your nervous system + brain chemistry.

Other things that actually work:
• Neurographic drawing → clears mental overload
• Tapping (EFT) → helps regulate stress + can support neurotransmitter balance
• Breathwork → shifts your state FAST (this is huge for motivation)
