✨Team Member of the Month ✨ Anne Schauer
Anne stands out amongst her coworkers because “she always works hard and is willing to help out anyone—always going above and beyond.” If a call light is going off, she is always right there to see what that resident needs, with a smile on her face! If there is any downtime during her shift, you won’t notice because she will be visiting with residents, going for walks and taking residents outside or even just tidying up their rooms. Anne’s qualities were described by her peers as respectful, efficient, compassionate, honest and hardworking. Anne has worked at Sunnyside since April of 2024 and has brought so much joy and positive energy to everyone at Sunnyside. If Anne isn’t at work or studying, you may find her baking, reading, riding horse or playing piano. A few reasons stated by her coworkers of why she deserves this award; “she is amazing, and every CNA should learn from her as she is an excellent role model.” “No matter how tough the shift is, Anne’s attitude remains positive and helpful.” “I am always excited when I see I’m working with Anne because I know it will be a good shift.”
Anne is more than deserving of this award and Sunnyside would like to thank her for all of her dedication, kindness and hard work. Because of Anne, Sunnyside is a better place to live and work!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful morning, so we couldn’t pass up a pontoon ride! We were lucky enough to see a snapping turtle, eagle, pelicans, cormorants and many other kinds of birds!
